Juggling

If you live in North Carolina and have a party or other event for which you would like a juggler, please e-mail me. If you want to see me juggle, go to the North Carolina Rennaissance Faire, at the state fairgrounds. Check the NC RenFaire website for a schedule.

If you learn to juggle, be warned: everybody who watches you will ask you at least one of these questions, the most hated and feared questions to jugglers.
1. "Can you juggle (whatever number you're juggling plus one)"
2. "Can you juggle flaming chainsaws?" It's always flaming chainsaws. Never glass bottles or torches or knives or hamsters or expensive breakable objects. Always flaming chainsaws. And it never occurs to them that chainsaws are gas-powered, and will probably explode if set on fire.
3. "Can I throw stuff at you while you're juggling to see if you can catch it and keep juggling?" Often as not, they won't bother asking this one, they'll just try it without warning.

Introduction to juggling with 3 objects Juggling is not actually very difficult. Almost anybody who is determined to learn can learn to juggle 3 objects withing a couple months at the most.

Fun with numbers How to juggle more than three. Before you enter this section please make sure you meet these requirements: You must not value your sanity. You must have more time on your hands than you know what to do with. You must be very determined and very patient. If you let yourself get frustrated at all with this, numbers juggling will make you a danger to yourself and others, as well as to any breakable objects in the room.

SiteSwap Notation For the mathmatical jugglers among us, this is very useful. It's a way of expressing juggling patterns numerically, which makes it much easier to describe and/or create some patterns. If you like math or if you ever want to learn four-ball tennis, this is a must.

Patterns and SiteSwaps This is the page for patterns, siteswaps, and siteswap files for JuggleKrazy, including my own pattern, Jeremy's Jumble.
